Your Child's Early Learning Journey Starts Here
How It Works
Enrolling at Pinnacle is simple.
Four Steps
1
Choose Your Centre
Pinnacle has two centres:
Glen Huntly
112A Booran Road, Glen Huntly VIC 3163
Beacon Street
463 Burwood Highway, Vermont South VIC 3133
2
Schedule a Tour
A tour gives you the opportunity to see our learning environments, meet educators and ask questions about your child's day.
We encourage families to take their time and experience the centre for themselves.
3
Talk With Our Team
Every child and family is different.
Our team can talk you through our programs, daily routines, orientation process, fees, Child Care Subsidy and enrolment requirements.
4
Enroll with Confidence
Once your enrolment is confirmed, we will work with you to help your child become familiar with their new environment, educators and routines.
Our aim is to make the transition as comfortable as possible for both children and families.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Helping Your Child Feel at Home
Starting childcare is a big step for children and families.
For some children, settling into a new environment happens quickly. For others, it takes time.
At Pinnacle, we work with families to make the transition as comfortable and positive as possible.
Before Your Child Starts
A visit to the centre can help your child become familiar with the environment before their first full day.
During your tour, you can meet educators, explore the rooms and outdoor areas and talk about your child's routines, interests and needs.
Orientation
Orientation gives children and families an opportunity to become familiar with the centre and the people who will be part of their day.
Our educators use this time to get to know your child and understand their individual routines and preferences.
The First Day
Your child's first day may bring a mixture of excitement and emotions.
We encourage families to share anything that may help educators understand how their child settles best.
Our educators will support your child as they become familiar with their new surroundings, routines and relationships.
Settling In
There is no single way for a child to settle into early learning.
Some children quickly become comfortable and begin exploring. Others may need extra reassurance, familiar routines and additional support.
We work closely with families and adjust our approach according to each child's needs.
Staying Connected With Families
We believe communication helps families feel connected to their child's day.
Children's experiences and learning can be shared with families through Storypark and regular conversations with educators.
